PEOPLE TO DECIDE

The South African Minister of Defence, Mr. O. V. Pi row, speaking at Kroonst-adl, said that South Africa would not participate in any war, whoever it concerned, unless the people decided unmistakably to do so, and that it was in the interests of South Africa lo take action.
