AMICABLE SETTLEMENT
\V EL LING TON THEATRE CASE An amicable settlement lias been ar. rived at between the parties in the recent dispute in which there was a claim lor rescission of a contract for the purchase of shares in the Majestic Theatre (Wellington), Limited. The plaintiff was the Masterton Picture and Entertainment Company, Limited, and the defendant was William Robert Kemball, company director. The case, which was heard in Wellington before the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, occupied five days.
