GOODWILL MISSION
NORTHERN EUROPE EARL OF PLYMOUTH (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, May 20. The Earl of Plymouth, UnderSecretary for Foreign Affairs, will leave London on Friday morning by aeroplane on a mission described as one of goodwill to the northern countries. He will arrive that evening at; Ilelingsfo.rs, where he will spend two days. Afterwards he is to visit Fallina," Kovno and Riga, and will return to London on .Tune 4.
The visits originated in an invitation from (he Finnish Government in return for Field-Marshal Baron Manncrheim's visit to England last September.
