LONDON, May 25. The report of the Board of PMiication recommends there should bo no homework for children under 12 years, and adds that home-work should not exceed an hour a night for children between the ages of 12 and 14 years, and should not exceed an hour and a-lialf for children beyond the age of 14.

It should be judiciously regulated, the report says. Home-work is a powerful instrument for training intelligence.
