OR, PHASER RE-ELECTED (Special to tho Herald.) TE KARAKA. this day. At the annual meeting of the Waikohu County Council to-day Cr. A. A. Fraser was re-elected chairman for the ensuing year. Cr. Fraser paid a tribute to tin* cooperation of the councillors in the conduct of the county's business. The members of the staff were reappointed on the. same terms as those for last vear.
