ALL-ROUND EASING FULL-SIZED YARDING A full-sized yarding of generally good conditioned cattle came forward for the Cattle I air conducted bv the Poverty Bay Stockbrokers’ Association at the Malawhero saleyards to-day. Some good linos of bullocks were offered and, despite tlm tact that there was good competition t ll,lll northern buyers, who secured big drafts for the Waikato and the Bay of I Jonty, prices in comparison with those ot recent fairs showed an all-round easmg. The sale attracted a good attendance ot the public.

Good lines of bullocks ranged from C 7 10s to £8 10s, with others £7 10s upwards; 2'-year steers, £6 13s to £7 IW, and 18-month steers £5 11s to £6 ■ Breeding cows made from £5 to £5 ICs lor top lines. £4 to £4 15s for burly good to good, and £2 12s 6d for poor. Grown heifers made £5 14s for a quality pen. Empty cows reached £5 12s loi* nil those fat. and Jo3< 9s for (hose in condition. Eighteen-months heifers made £3 13s to £3 17s 6d for fairly good and £5 for first class. (food weatiers brought £4 4s, for steers and £3 Is for heifers.
