CALL FOR CO-OPERATION NATIONAL PROBLEMS (Elec. Tel. Copyright —United Press Assn.) (Reed. May 4. 9.30 a.m.) TOKTO, May 3. Despite the Government holding only 40 out of 466 seats in the Diet following the elections, the Prime Minister, Mr. Ilayashi, has indicated that he is not resigning. He says that he is proceeding with the programme already outlined. He urges co-operation to meet the national problems.
