HIGH HOPE IN SCOTLAND

Canada has notified her intention of participating in the Empire Exhibition in Scotland.

The officials state that they hope Canada's example will speedily be followed by the other Dominions. It will be the biggest exhibition since Wembley. "We want to make is fully representative,'' they said.
