KING’S CUP AIR RACE
ROYAL TROPHY GIVEN DOUBLING OF PRIZES (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9.30 a.m. RUGBY, Feb. 12. The King has notified the Royal Aero Club of his desire to give a cup annually for the aeroplane ■contest known as the King’s Cup air race inaugurated in 1922 bv King George V. To mark the Coronation year, Lord Wakefield will offers prizes for this race of '£2ooo, instead of £IOOO as in previous years.
