FILM OF LIFE TO BE MADE LONDON, Feb. 1. The film actress Anna Xenglc will be the. first to portray Queen Victoria on the screen. Miss Neaglo will play llie title role in the firm, " Victoria the Great,'' which will be released on .Tune 21, the day after the 100th anniversary of Queen Victoria's accession to the Throne.
On that day the ban on plays dealing with the life of Queen Victoria will be withdrawn.
