THRONGS FROM OVERSEAS 200,000 EXPECTED LONDON, Feb. 11. Two bund red thousand guests are expected at the Coronation from overseas, including 5070 New Zealandcrs, 20,00(1 Australians, 7000 South Africans, 20,000 Canadians, .1.1,000 from India, 211,000 from the United States and .100,000 from the Continent without accounting for wealthy Argentinians and others, including Asiatics. It is estimated that each visitoi will .spend £l5O during his foui months' stay, the total being; at least £ 1C,000.000." '
SPECIAL BROADCASTS
THE EMPIRE'S HOMAGE (British Official Wirelosß.) Reed. 9.30 a.m. RUGBY, Feb. 11. Arrangements are being made by the British Broadcasting Corporation for special programmes during the whole of Coronation week. A message is to be broadcast to the Empire on Coronation Day at the conclusion of a programme entitled "The Empire's Homage," which will be on the lines of the Christmas relays from different parts of 1 the Empire.
It is hoped by means of .special equipment that certain parts of the procession will be televised.
