Summing up the charges of theft as a servant of the VVaipawa Hospital Hoard against, Percy Raeburn Smyrk, Mr. Justice Ostler, in the Supreme Court to-day directed the jury to return a verdict of not guilty on both counts. The jury retired at 11 o'clock and bad not returned at. 2.1!i p.m.
