IN AN ASYLUM
ITAITTMANN'S LAVVVCT NEW YORK, Feb. 3. Mr. Edward J. Noilly, tho famous criminal lawyer, who defended Bruno Richard Hauptmann at his trial for the murder of the Lindbergh baby, has been committed to an asylum for the insane. Reilly's physician,' Dr. M, M. Sherman, said worry over failure to prevent the execution of flauptman contributed to his patient's mental collapse.
