Tin- Tauranga Borough Council lias authorised its solicitors to take the necessary sleris in connection with the acquisition of laud for an aerodrome at Wliarerna. The cost of Hie establishment of the iiei-odruinr is to be met partly by the Government, and partly hv a loan sanefinned by tin- borough ratepayers. The area required is 127 acres.
