Hose's Double Eagle plane, which was damaged during the race from Portsmouth to Johannesburg! hist week, is undergoing repairs at Cairo and later will be flown to Capetown. Flight-Lieutenant Hose, with the engineer, Mr. J. Bagshaw, will attempt to lower Mrs. J. A. M'ollison's record of 4 days 16hrs 17min for the flight, from South Africa to England.
