PRACTICE OF CYCLISTS WARNING TO DRIVERS (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Complaints from, motorists against cyclists being towed by motor vehicles wore considered bv the Automobile Association (Wellington) last evening. The reports received indicated that the practice of cyclists of hooking on to the mudguards of -ears with pieces of wire was increasing, and that under the existing regulations the motorist was held responsible, even if he were unaware of the cyclist’s presence.
