CODICILS TO WILL j APPEAL COURT CASE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Appeal Court to-day is hearing tlie appeal of Robert Keith Clemow, of Auckland, and others against the Guardian Trust and others. The ease concerns legacies totalling £950 under the will of James Joseph Burt Veale, of Auckland, which were granted the appellants in the will, but not in a subsequent codicil. In a .Supreme Court case at Auckland the testamentary capacity of Mr. Veale, who was 72 years of age at the time of his death, and had made codicils a mouths prior to his demise, was questioned, but Mr. Justice Gallan granted probate of the will and both codicils, it is against this granting of probate that the appeal is being lodged.
