WINDJAMMERS' RACE

GRAIN FLEET READY

LONDON, Sept. 19.

Gustaf Erikson's fleet of windjammers is ready to sail for Australia, states the Helsingfors correspondent of The Times. The Pamir and the Passat aro due to sail from Mariehamn (Finland) to-day, and ,«ix others in the next week or two from Gothenburg (Sweden). Others are at Ipswich and Belfast awaiting orders, although the Ponape has been sold, and probably will be broken up, the L'avenir will probably be sold to a Danish firm, and the Parma was recently sold in England. A number of passengers will §ail to Australia from Copenhagen.
