HEAD OF BOURBONS TRAGEDY IN AUSTRIA VIENNA, Sept. 29. A military motor-car knocked down the 87-year-old Don Alfonso Carlos, head of the House of Bourbon, and Pretender to the Spanish throne, as he stepped off a pavement. He died in 12 hours.
