INTIMATION TO LEAGUE

Any decision to participate in war must be taken in the. Canadian Parliamer.t," declared the Prime Minister of Canada, Mr. W. L. Mackenzie King, in the League Assembly.
Ho' said that Canada was not prepared to apply sanctions automatically in all disputes. She favoured the detachment of the League covenant from the Treaty of Versailles.
