ARREARS OF TAXES SAXK A TCI! EWAN G R ANT (Reed. Sept. 29, 2.30' p.m.) REGINA, Sept. 28. The caiieemifion of £15,000,000 in farm debts throughout the drought area, through the abolition of arrears of taxes and interest, charges, has been arranged by the Saskatchewan Government. The mortgage companies agreed to i-nt-the interest rates to 6 per cent.
