EXTENSION OF LEGACY COURT ORDER MADE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Tlie Court of Appeal to-day made ail order for further provision, out of the estate of Mr. Michael Miillin. of Tima.ru. a retired I'armcr. in favour of liis widow. Airs. Flora, May Mull in-. The estate was valued at about £35,C10. By his will the -deceased: gave his widow, the appellant, a legacy of £2C3 and an annuity of £250 during her widowhood, together with the use. of his residence and furniture, therein, subject to the payment of the outgoings. Other legacies, totalling £2403. were given to various beneficiaries and tlie balance of the estate was -directed to be divided into 64 parts, of which 2,7 parts were- to lie paid to certain nephews and nieces of the testator, and the remaining 37 shares to certain religious bodies.
