The Daily Alail says the King at A meeting of the Privy Council at Balmoral approved the emergency measures for Palestine and signed the necessary Orde’rs-in-Councii enabling the proclamation of martial law' unless the Arabs at the eleventh hour decide to abandon terrorism. ,
