APPEAL COURT HEARING
The Appeal Court- in Wellinglon reserved its decision in tho ease of dames Moore, of Auckland, who appealed against a conviction on a charge of attempted indecent assault. Sentence m the Supreme Court was deferred, pending a decision by tlie Court of Appeal on the ease stilted for its opinion by Mi. Justice Callao.
