ANDORRA PROTECTION
APPEAL TO PRANCE MILITARY DETACHMENTS (Heed. Sept. 28, 11.50 a.m.) PARIS, Sept. 27. The General Council of Andorra, which previously stated it would not require the assistance of France should the republic 'be invaded! by anarchists, has now sought French protection. As a result, a French military detachment has been dispatched to occupy Andorra, close to the Spanish frontier.
