ARRIVAL OF DELEGATES RECEPTION AT AUCKLAND PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE (Per Press Association.) . AUCKLAND, this day. After greetings had been extended aboard the Aorangi last evening by the Hon. D. G. Sullivan, the Hon. H. G- R. Mason, and officials of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce and representatives of the Government departments to 59 overseas delegates to the Empire congress of chambers of commerce and their relatives, Viscountess Elibank received the New Zealand party in the lounge on behalf of Viscount Elibank, the president of the congress, who was confined to his cabin with a slight attack of bronchitis. Lady Elibank later was presented with a bouquet of yellow and red kowhai, nuuiuka, and native foliage by a delegation of the wives of members of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce. Barclay and Mr. W. M. Birks, of Montreal, and the Hon. J. ■ W. Downie and Mrs. Downie, of Southern Rhodesia.
