Next year classes set aside for the reading of newspapers will he introduced at the Now Plymouth Boys' High School. In view of the progress made with the programme of improvements on the Napier aerodrome it is estimated that another 15 months will servo to terminate this work, or at least leave flic aerodrome in a condition to be used by commercial aircraft. The resurfacing and regradmg will be completed by Christmas.
