The activities will, extend to Japanese mandated territories, the Straits Settlements. Australia, New Zealand, Oceania, the Netherlands, East Indies, French fndo-Chiua, arid Siam. The objects are agriculture, marine products.' mining, shipping, the acquisition of land, and emigration, the enterprise being necessary for overseas expansion.
