Messrs. D. and G.~ Borcovsky, two Russian gold-mining engineers who settled in New Zealand some years ago, have arrived in Sydney-follow-ing a fruitless attempt to gain-a visa in London to enable them to work in the Soviet gold mines. ._ "iThey were informed by the Soviet Embassy in London that the Soviet gold mines could not absorb the numher of experts offering, and they might have, to wait six months for appointments. They therefore decided to return to New "Zealand.
