TROOPS AND PLANES FORTY CASUALTIES BRITISH SUBJECTS KILLED (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 2(5, 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 25. Messages from Jerusalem state that detachments of the Royal Scots Fusiliers and Lincolns, with supporting aeroplanes, attacked an Arab concentration near Jenin yesterday, inflicting 41 known casualties. The action lasted two hours. The casualties included one British subject and 13 Arabs killed. One aeroplane made a forced landing, the pilot being slightly injured. The Arabs were preparing to rush the damaged machine when another aeroplane swooped down with a machine gun blazing ,away. It landed and picked up the injured pilot and flew him to a hospital.
