At a price, believed to be in the vicinity of £70,G00, the Napier Harbour Board has accepted the tender of Messrs. Bollam and Murray, of Auckland, for the completion of the construction of a now reiiiforced-concrete wharf, the first of the two new wharves on the board s breakwater development programme.
