LONDON, Sept. 1. Air. E. P. Horsey was-, for more than 40 years, headmaster of Harlow College. lie was in the chair at a meeting ol Harlow Council last night when a resolution was submitted.
Air. Horsey thought it was a good resolution. “But,” lie told the member who proposed it, “there is a split infinitive in the wording, and I am sure you will not mind having it removed.”
