LONDON, Aug. 12,

Notice was given in last night’* London Gazette of a second l dividend, of Bil in the pound, in connection with the affairs of the I’a rent Trust and Finance Company, which was involved in the ITatrv crash.

Tho dividend is payable on Aug. 26 at the offices of the liquidator, 5 London Wall, buildings. Finsbury circus. A first dividend of 4s 4d in the pound was paid in August last year.

A compulsory winding up order, on the company’s own petition, was made in .July, 1932. At a meeting of creditors and shareholders in the following month the Senior Assistant Official Ro ceiver said that the deficiency in assets to meet ranking liabilities was estimated at £1,296.392.
