(Per .Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day

Under tho will of the late Mr. H. K. Wilkinson, merchant, whose estate is proved at £90.000, substantial sums are left to public interests. Except for pecuniary legacies to relatives totalling £3500, the residue is placed in trust and the .income from tottr-iiinths of the trust, will be divided into five equal parts, of which one part will be paid to the League of Nations Union, New Zealand, for general purposes, {another part to the national council of the Y.M.C.A., another to the national council of the Y.W.C.A., and another to the Presbyterian Church for Bible, class work, while the remaining part will be divided in two, the first half going to the Boy Scouts' Association and the second half being divided between the New Zealand Girl Guides' Association and the Dunedin branch of the Guides.
