A vote of condolence in regard to "one who has served you well’’ was moved by Mr. M. Hoyle, chairman of the Kia Ora Co-operative Dairy Company, at. the annual meeting at Maknraka to-day. Jle referred to the late Mr. W. McCulloch, a director of the company, and said that Mix McCulloch's work was always for the benefit of the company. The' r; celing rose in silence as a mark of respect.
