A message containing 5000 words, described as an Act to provide the people of Alberta with additional credit, lias boon introduced in the Legislature. It provides for the establishment of a State credit house and validates the Order-in-Council of July 29 regarding the registration of citizens for basic dividends. No definite amount of Alberta credit to be paid in the dividends is set, but it is indicated that citizens will be classified and different amounts will be paid. The bill says that Alberta credit and means and' facilities will be provided by the credit house for facilitating the exchange of goods and services within the province. A levy on unearned increment, one of the three main features of social credit, may be made under the Act.
