The hearing of the civil actions in \yhieh two sisters, Mrs. Aethebcrta Mary Loney, and Miss Elsie Muriel Cutten, both of Sydney, proceeded against the Public Trustee as administrator of the estate of the late Lady Edwards, was concluded in the Supremo Court at Wellington on Thursday. The point at issue was the ownership of two sections of land at Island Bay alleged to have been held in trust for the tw r o (laughters of Lady Edwards, ati<L subdivided and sold in breach of that trust. Mr. Justice Smith reserved his decision.
