CANBERRA, Aug. 20,

One of the first matters to he considered bv the Federal Cabinet after the return to Australia of the Minister of Commerce, Dr. Earle Page, will bo the proposed combined action by the Governments of Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji to meet, the competition of subsidised American shipping in the Pacific with British lines. .
