WANGANUI CHILDREN
VISIT TO A DDK LAND (Per Press Association.) AI'UKLAND, this day. To see another school, meet other children, and be conducted round the city. fiO children from the Wanganui Inleriiiediate .School arrived by train this morning as the guests of ihe Kowliai Intermediate School, with which they will compete in various games. A civic reception was accorded the party in the school grounds -by the Mayor of Mount, .Albert, .Mr. 11. K. Keener. The visitors, who were accompanied by the headmaster. Mr. K. ]!. Rountree, and the chairman of the school committee, Mr. W. :S. Jones, were given a most enthusiastic welcome by the assembled school children. The visitors are billeted with friends and at the Kowliai School. A round of week-end enterlainmenis has lie.m arranged.
