BARQUE SALVAGE WORK
THE HERZOGIN CECILE (British Official Wlrolosg.) Reed. 9.30 a.m. RUGBY, June 9. Pumping operations in three of the flooded holds of the famous Finnish barque, Herzogin Ceeile, are still proceeding in an effort to refloat the vessel, which grounded some weeks ago on the rocky coast off South Devon.
