NEW MINISTER LIKELY POST FOR BADOGLIO ROME, Juno 10. It is unofficially .stated that Signor Mussolini, who has divested himself of the portfolios of Foreign. Affairs, Colonies, and Corporations, will, as soon as the League sanctions are lifted, also relinquish the War, Navy and Air portfolios, which will be merged into a Ministry of National Defence, with Marshal Badoglio as Minister.
