AGREEMENT CONFIRMED The agreement entered into on April 29 by the directors for the sale, subject to the consent of the shareholders, of the old-established business of the Timaru Brewery Company to New Zealand Breweries, Limited, for approximately £73,000, was confirmed by a special general meeting of shareholders on Monday.
