TOTALISATOR INCREASE LAST RACE TO TEMPEST (Per Press Association.) OHRTSTCHURCH, this day. On the concluding day yesterday of the Metropolitan Trotting Club's meeting the totalisator handled £30,673, compared with £25,030 on the corresponding day last year. The total for the meeting was £65,754, against £54,045 last year. Concluding details are:— Final Handicap.—l-1 Tempest, 1; 6-6 Supertax, 2; 3-3 Rey Spec, 3. Also started: Avernus and Sir Guy (bracketed), Bingen Palm, George Rey, Smooger, Sunny Morn, Taxpayer, Vesuvius and Worthy Light. Won by a short head. Time, 2.9 4-5.
