BAN ON PROFITEERING
CONTROL IN TIME OP WAR PLANS IN BRITAIN LONDON, March 25. Tho House of Commons,' without division, carried a motion', that the Government, in the event of war, immediately be invested with powers against profiteering. Mr. W. S. Morrison, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, said that plans covering the whole field of control had been worked out and were under constant review.
