AIR PIPE FOULED

JAPANESE DIVER'S DEATH BRISBANE, March IS. Mr. E. .!'. Hennessey's pearling lugger, Keriri, reached Thursday Island this afternoon with the body of a Japanese diver, Gonzaburd Yamnmoto, aged 28, on board. It was .slated that he was working in the vicinity of Darnley Island, in 20 fathoms, when his air pipe became fouled on some object, under the water, lie discarded his helmet, but when he got to the surface he was dead. This is the firsl fatality of the season.
