CONTROL IN TIME OF WAR
ALL KEY INDUSTRIES CZECHOSLOVAKIA PLAN (Reed. March 27, 2.4") p.m.) PRAGUE, March 20. The Government of Czechoslovakia has introduced a bill providing for State control of key industries for war purposes, a Government monopoly of military inventions, which must not be sold abroad, the conscription of women as nurses and factory workers for anti-aircraft, and other defence measures.
