Lady Ida was unplaced in the Juvenile Handicap; Norman Conquest was unplaced in the Highweighl Welter. MENTONE RACES PALATINATE RUNS THIRD MELBOURNE. March 25. At the Mentone races, Palatinate wart (bird in the Mentone Plate, in which Capris and ICpigram were unplaced. The following were also unplaced : Idavale. in the Warragnl Handicap; Jack Horner in the Ootham Handicap; Whernsido in the Balcombe Welter; Nowliaveu in the Mentono Purse; and Membo in the Jumpers' Plat.
