PROPERTY CONFISCATED WAR STORY AUTHOR (Reed. March 4, 1 p.m.) BERLIN, March 3. Accused of belittling the moral and ethical forces of German culture in favour of alien .lewish philosophy filled with class haded, Arnold Zweig, the author of "The Case of Sergeant Grischa," was among 25 refugee writers, politicians and actors deprived of German citizenship to-day. Their property was confiscated under a joint order 'of the Minister of the Interior, Dr. Frick, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Baron von Neurath.
