MINISTER OF MINES (Per Press Association.s WHANGAREI, this day. The Hon. P. C. Webb, Minister of Mines, who is paying an official visit to Whangarei, was cordially welcomed nt a representative meeting and was also the guest of the Labour Party at a social.
He received deputations and visited the coal mines at Kamo and Hikurangi. He is going to Dargaville this afternoon.
