DROWNED IN SHEEP DIP
FATE OF INFANT BOY CANTERBURY TRAGEDY (Per Presa Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, last night. The two-year-old son of Mr. Alf. Brustad, o"f Waiau (Canterbury), was drowned in the sheep dip at his father's home to-day. The child was with his father in tiie woolshed and was unobserved for a few minutes. He was found 10 minutes later in the dip. Resuscitation measures failed. A doctor was called immediately, hut the child was dead.' , : .- ■ s' ■ ...•■•■.:- ■■ - •*■;;
The child's mother, well known by her maiden name, Miss Aroha Clifford, died when the baby was horn. S
